Tammy Dubreuil is extremely knowledgeable regarding the current real estate market and trends that exist within micro-markets. Where do I begin? Tammy has been our agent for 3 real estate transactions, and has been incredible every time. We've spent so much time with her she has become a true friend to us. In our recent transactions where she helped us buy and sell, we all experienced a series of unfortunate events, which she handled like a true professional. She is very knowledgeable about the markets in Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, and Burlington. She has a very solid grasp on the issues that are present in sone of the properties in these markets as well (ie. Kitech plumbing). She has very keen eye for design and has great contacts in the industry. We count ourselves very lucky we stumbled into one of her open houses 3.5 years ago. On the buying end, we saw multiple properties and 4 of them there were multiple offer situations. Each loss was tough, but Tammy stayed positive and her commitment to helping us land our next home was unwavering. We struck gold on our fifth and a large part of that is due to Tammy. On the selling end, Tammy had everything incredibly organized and on the ball. She had a great strategy and attitude. Her eye for design was on point and her presence in the open house (we met her at one) is what you want. We went on a real rollercoaster ride, and a lot of the problems & crazy situations we encountered we completely out of her control. We had one agent that was incredibly pushy, arrogant, and rude; she handled him like a professional. The next agent we dealt with had NO IDEA what he was doing and his antics took us for a ride; again, she dealt with the situation like a professional and also helped him along. She knew what we needed to get our house sold, and we have full faith in her. Trust me, you want to work with her. She is incredible and will not let you down! For your next real estate transaction, whether it is buying or selling, you want her on your side!!

Tammy is by far the hardest working realtor in Milton. We first met Tammy 8 years ago when she came "door knocking" in our neighbourhood. I wanted to take a minute and tell you a few words about my experience of buying a condo in Mississauga. I am new to Canada, I was a first time home buyer and had no clue what I was searching for. So naturally, I started the search on my own. I met a couple of realtors, went to some open houses. No one stood out – I find it very hard to commit to a realtor without getting to know the person first and not even being sure what I wanted.

My fruitless search was going on for several months. My head was exploding from trying to keep up with life, work and all the new postings on realtor.ca. That was when I dialed Tammy’s number and she took me to the place where I am typing this letter right now. She was the first realtor to not only ask me what I was looking for, but to make me actually talk to her! She told me she doesn’t like to waste people’s time. She showed me the place I was interested in and we signed an agreement for that place only what I found very professional and just.

Tammy made a really good impression during that first meeting. Her comments about the properties were very helpful and I genuinely I had a great time! After that I realized I found my realtor, so I went to her office and we spent more than two hours together going over everything that was on the market. In the next couple of days she booked all the properties that I was interested in and we went together to have a look!

She was always very professional and approachable. Would always give a good advice having my interest and personality (!) in mind. She helped me to get my first home and I am very grateful to her for making this ride as smooth as possible. She somehow made me trust her instantly and I never once regretted my choice. I was selling my first home and was more than a bit nervous as I anticipated it to be a complex  and tiring process.  I was not wrong. In fact it was downright exhausting!  However, Tammy's enthusiastic personality, in-depth knowledge of the real estate world and professional manner set me at ease and made the process a lot easier.  She gave excellent suggestions on setting up the house for showing as she has great taste in design and set up as she did all the staging herself. She promptly arranged for a contractor to do touch ups and followed up where required to ensure the job was done on time and within budget.  Always accessible, quick to answer calls and/or messages, detail oriented and always on the ball, Tammy was there every step in the house selling process.  I know that I made an excellent decision in asking Tammy to be the sales representative for my home sale.  I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a real estate agent as she will on her promises.
